Are pets allowed?
Absolutely! We work with various pet-friendly communities. Refundable pet deposits, pet rent, and/or pet fees may apply. We will discuss all of this with you in detail during our reservation process.
Is there a minimum stay?
Our rates vary depending on location, length of stay, size, and specific requests. CFG works closely with clients’ budgets and requests to ensure that your stay is everything you asked for and more!
Payment Options
CFG accepts all Major credit cards. We also provide convenient Direct billing for approved Corporations.
Are utilities included?
Each apartment comes fully-furnished and accessorized with your comfort and convenience in mind. Inclusions include all utilities – including water, gas, electricity, internet, and phone !

One bedroom apartment is spacious. Maintenance is are always responsive at a timely manner and quick to for fix ups. Super close to shopping needs, and highway access beltway 8 and 59. Pool and game room are always great for guest and renters for entertainment. :)
